Tuition
Tuition may be paid in 1 through 10 payments. Parents choosing to make payments of the 10-month plan are requested to make arrangements for “electronic funds transfers” to the WCP account, to reduce administrative costs to the Preschool. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and are late after the 10th. An additional $25.00 “late fee” must accompany late payments. Returned checks and drafts will be charged a processing fee of $25.00 per event.

Families with accounts 30 days or more overdue will be asked to meet with the WCP Director, to determine what action should be taken. Families whose accounts are repeatedly overdue may be required to make other arrangements for their students’ Preschool education.
Students will not be re-enrolled until their tuition and other accounts are settled from the previous academic quarter/year.
* There will be no deductions from the tuition for absences. As long as a space is held for
your child, tuition must be paid.
